There is something about this time of year that motivates people to spread “holiday” cheer wherever they are.
So here is my question:
Do the people who wear reindeer antlers and Santa hats as they go about their normal activities believe they have made a rational fashion choice?

on Thanksgiving day, my Starbucks started with the antlers and santa hats. I asked one of the girls in a santa hat if they drew straws for the antlers (clearly the short end, imo) and she said, no, we got to choose. which meant that some of them *picked* to wear antlers.
the whole thing disturbs me. then again, i have a chanukah menorah hat that i wear for sunday school.
I don’t think everyone has a chioce regarding some of the festive attire that is donned during this joyous season. Though – quite a few of them make me smile which is very welcome at the moment with all the turmoil in the world.
